Three Injured in Stearns Co Crash

Three people suffered minor injuries in a crash in Stearns County Saturday afternoon in Getty Township.

The Sheriff’s Office says 23-year-old Maynor Picado of Marshall had been driving an SUV west on County Road 13, lost control in the curve near County Road 191, and the vehicle went into the ditch and rolled.

His passengers were identified as 17-year-old Carlos Gutierrez and 17-year-old Luis Picado, both from Willmar.

It is believed that speed may have been a factor along with the wet roads at the time of the crash.
