New Nurse Practitioner Joins LRH Morris Clinic

[Morris, MN] – Lake Region Healthcare (LRH) Morris Medical Center is pleased to announce the
addition of Missy Koehl, NP to their team of health care providers offering primary care for the family in
Morris.

Missy received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) & Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse
Practitioner (AGPCNP) from the University of North Dakota (UND) in Grand Forks, ND. She also
received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with minors in Psychology and Gerontology from
UND. Prior to serving in a geriatric NP role for LRH at area assisted living and nursing home facilities,
she served as an RN in the Medical/Surgical department and ICCU at LRH and also has previous
experience at Skyview Assisted Living in Morris, MN.

“I love working with the Lake Region team and look forward to getting to know the Morris community
better,” Koehl said. She offers patient-centered primary care to all ages at the Morris Clinic along with
Dr. John Stock, Dr. Al Patel (currently covering Dr. Stock’s leave), Dr. Phil Holmes, Kristi Abler, NP, and
Katrina Rogahn, PA. In addition to primary care, several specialists also serve the Morris community at
the Lake Region Healthcare Morris Medical Center including Alfredo Altamirano, PA, Proceduralist, Dr.
Christopher Rott, Orthopedics, Dr. Vali Orandi, Interventional Radiology, and Kayla Wagner, RD, LD,
CDCES, Diabetic Services.
