Stabbing in Sibley County

A 16-year-old is in stable condition after being stabbed in Sibley County Saturday night.

The Sheriff’s Office says at about 9:50pm, they received a report of a 16-year-old male victim with a stab wound in Faxon Township and on arrival, deputies found the victim with a puncture wound in the abdomen.

The victim was taken to HCMC and is listed in stable condition.

The Sheriff’s Office says the male suspect was later apprehended at their residence and taken to the Sibley County Jail.
