NUMC RETAIL OPTICAL SHOP CLOSES FRIDAY

Allina Health New Ulm Medical Center’s retail Optical shop is closing its doors Friday at noon.  Reasons given were mainly due to ongoing staffing challenges.  Patients who need to access their medical records to order and purchase eyeglasses and contacts outside of the optical shop can access their medical records by logging onto their online Allina Health account .    Director of Regional Clinic Operations Katie Slette says they will continue to offer full ophthalmology services including eye exams and procedures at the New Ulm Medical Center.
