Sauerkraut Days in Henderson is Fri June 28th thru Sunday June 30th.  Representatives speak about the packed events schedule including 3 different parades, various bands, Miss Le Sueur Henderson Pageant, and the big attraction, the Sauerkraut Eating Contest.  Free Kraut all weekend and there is only one way in town due to flooding, from West on Highway 19.
