Brewers Big Win, Remain On Top

New Ulm’s bats produce 22 runs during a 22 to 12 win over Gibbon in 8 innings. The Brewers are 15 and 1 overall, 9 and 0 in the Tomahawk East.

The Mankato Nationals defeat Sleepy Eye post 7, 4 to 1. DuRose picks up the win, giving up 2 hits in six innings. Magers had 3 hits and and RBI, Timm had a hit with 2 rbi’s to pace the offense.

The Sleepy Eye Jr Legion picks up a win over Lamaberton 5 to 2. Kessler Severson gets the win, going 4 innings giving up a run on only 3 hits. Gavin Strong picks up the three inning save.

Stop one of the Summer Softball Series took place in Courtland. Wood Creek Carpentry scored six runs in the 2nd and 5 runs in the 3rd, in route to a 14 to 3, 5 inning win over River Valley Lawn Care/Isenberg Electric.
