Lynx Lose Home Game

(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Lynx had a rough third quarter during a 78-73 loss to the Connecticut Sun at the Target Center.

Minnesota had a four-point lead at halftime before getting outscored 28-18 in the third period.

Alanna Smith had 14 points in the losing effort, while Kayla McBride finished with 13. Napheesa Collier left the game in the third quarter with a foot injury.

Minnesota remains in third place in the WNBA at 13-6.

The Lynx host the Washington Mystics tomorrow night (Saturday) at 7 PM in Minneapolis.
