Empowering Communities, Celebrating Minnesota Locally

HEAT WAVE COMING

The first heat wave of the summer looks to arrive later this week in Minnesota.  National Weather Service Meteorologist Melissa Dye says we’re looking at temperatures in the 90s across much of the state this weekend.  High humidity will be widespread as well.  Dye says Sunday will be the hottest day with the Twin Cities, Central and northern Minnesota seeing their first 90-degree highes of the summer.
