American Legion Riders Coming Through New Ulm Friday

Brown County Veteran Services Officer Greg Peterson mentioned the American Legion Riders will come through New Ulm during the noon hour and have lunch at the Legion.  Riders are creating awareness and raising money for Fund 85.  The Department of Veterans Affairs is anticipating a $3 billion budget shortfall through fiscal 2024 from an increase in veterans benefits, prescription drugs, and the hiring of more workers.
