Lynn Marie Skelly

Lynn Marie Skelly, age 60 of Belle Plaine, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2024. Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, August 2, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Prairie Catholic Church in Belle Plaine, MN. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 1, 2024 from 4-7 p.m. with a prayer service starting at 3:45 p.m. at the Kolden Funeral Home in Belle Plaine, MN. Luncheon will take place immediately after Mass, followed by burial at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Belle Plaine, MN.

Lynn was born on January 14, 1964 in Minneapolis, MN to Joseph and Joyce (Bayerl) Quast. She grew up in Burnsville, MN and attended Burnsville schools, She married Dale Jaworski, and later divorced. She married Patrick Skelly on December 14, 2019 at Our Lady of the Prairie Catholic Church in Belle Plaine, MN. Lynn worked for Silgan Containers in Savage, MN from 1999 to 2024.

She loved yard work, especially her garden, spending time at the cabin and happy hour with her family.

Lynn is survived by her husband, Patrick; son, Shawn Jaworski of St. Peter, MN; daughter, Amanda (Stephen) Ibañez of St. Peter, MN; grandchildren, Taylor and Chase Jaworski, Alexis, Mia, Dominic and Braxton Ibañez; great-grandchildren, Eli, Emery and Kai Jaworski; siblings, Jill (Paul) Bettermann of Burnsville, MN, Jay Quast of Lakeville, MN, Amy Quast of Apple Valley, MN, and Dave (sp. friend, Kirstin) Quast of Burnsville, MN, and many relatives & friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Joyce Quast.
