VP HARRIS CHOOSE WALZ AS RUNNING MATE

Vice President and Presidential candidate Kamala Harris has chosen Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate.  There is mostly partisan reaction with DFL Chair Ken Martin saying that “the entire country is about to see why their friends from Minnesota can’t stop bragging about Governor Walz.”  House Minority Leader Lisa DeMuth called Vice President Harris and Governor Walz “the most extreme ticket in recent presidential history.”  The Trump presidential campaign is attacking Governor Walz with Trump’s press secretary calling  Walz a “West Coast wannabe who is a dangerously liberal extremist.”  Walz said on social media that this is “the honor of a lifetime” to join Vice President Harris on this campaign.
