Minneapolis Man Injured in One Vehicle Rollover

Friday approximately 5pm, a Chevrolet van driven by 39 year old Darnell Allen Watkins of Minneapolis traveling southbound on Highway 169 drifted of to the median side ditch, over-corrected to the right, causing the vehicle to spin and roll into the right ditch.  The accident happened on 169 and Lake Street, Belgrade Township, Nicollet County.  Watkins was taken to the Mankato Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  North Mankato Police, Mankato Fire, Mankato Police and Mayo Clinic Ambulance responded.
