The Minnesota Twins racked up 15 hits during a 13-3 rout of the Kansas City Royals at Target Field last night. Max Kepler went 3-for-5 with a home run and four R-B-I, while Christian Vazquez and Kyle Farmer also homered. Zebby Matthews earned the win in his Major League debut, striking out five and holding the Royals to two runs on five hits over five innings. The 67-52 Twins have won four of six and remain three-and-a-half-games out of first-place in the A-L Central, trailing Cleveland.
