One Dead, Two Injured Following Truck Collision in Roseau County

A Warroad area man was killed in a semi collision Tuesday in Roseau County. 

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Richard Lee Hasbrouck (59) died after the dump truck he was driving crashed in Cedarbend Township just after 6pm. 

Authorities say Hasbrouck was eastbound on County Road 12, a grain truck driven by Tyson Emil Lovejoy (39) was southbound on 530th Avenue when the vehicles collided in the intersection. The driver of the grain truck and an 11 year old boy in that vehicle were taken to Lifecare Medical Center and treated for injuries troopers at the scene described as non-life threatening.  Neither the driver of the grain truck nor child were wearing seat-belts at the time. Hasbrouck was wearing one.

Officials say alcohol was not a factor in the accident.
