ARLINGTON WOMAN APPEARS FOR BAIL HEARING AFTER DRUG SEARCH

An Arlington woman was arrested and charged  after Sibley County Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant at 119 Henderson Road in Arlington Thursday.  47-year-old Kerri Brockhoff was arrested and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.  Authorities found 61.1 grams of methamphetamine, 10 Ecstacy pills and cash.  Brockhoff appeared in Sibley County Court Friday and the court set unconditional bail at $300,000 cash or bond.  The court also set alternative bail at $15,000 cash or $150,000 bond with conditions that she not use or possess alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substances and that she comply with Colorwheel testing.  Brockhoff’s next court appearance is scheduled for September 5 at 1 pm.
