Abduction Suspect Arrested in Alexandria

An alleged cross-border abduction ended safely in Alexandria, where authorities arrested a suspect.

Investigators say the suspect traveled from Manitoba through North Dakota and into Minnesota with the victim.

The victim reportedly escaped before the suspect was taken into custody.
