Addison clears up confusion

(Eagan, MN) — Jordan Addison is clearing up a recent cryptic Instagram post. The Vikings wide receiver posted a picture with the caption “Free 3” on his story over the weekend. The caption prompted speculation that Addison was unhappy with his role with the Vikings during his second season. However, Addison told reporters yesterday that he’s used that caption as his catchphrase since he was in college at Pitt in 2020, adding that he has no problems with his usage this season. Meanwhile, the team will be without starting left tackle Christian Darrisaw for the rest of the season after he suffered a season-ending knee injury in Thursday’s 30-20 loss at Los Angeles. Several offensive lineman spoke yesterday, saying they will do all they can to help fill the open spot. The Vikings host the Colts for Sunday Night Football at 7:20 P-M.
