ALLEGED MANKATO HOMICIDE

North Mankato police along with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension are investigating an alleged homicide at the Village Court Apartments on Hoover Drive.  Authorities say they received a call from a woman requesting help from police.  When officers arrived, they found the body of a 27-year-old man.  A 41-year-old man in the apartment was taken into custody without incident.  The Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the victim’s identity and exactly what happened.  Authorities say there is not threat to the public and the incident remains under investigation.
