Appleton Man Faces Felony Fleeing Charge
An Appleton man faces a felony charge following an arrest in Stevens County.
The Stevens County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested 47-year-old Ehric Matthew Beyer Friday afternoon.
Beyer is charged with fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He also faces misdemeanor charges of driving at an unreasonable speed, reckless driving and careless driving.
Beyer made his first court appearance Monday. A judge set unconditional bail at 10-thousand dollars or conditional bail at one-thousand dollars.
The charges are allegations, and Beyer is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
