Ben & Jen Divorce- Was There No Prenup?

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck may have to split their shared assets equally if reports are indeed true that the celebrity couple didn’t sign a prenup.

On Tuesday, several news outlets were reporting that Lopez had moved forward with filing for divorce from Ben Affleck.   This came after many weeks of speculation but the date is significant- on the second anniversary of their Georgia wedding.
