Boy’s Basketball:

Marshall defeats New Ulm 81 to 58, Waseca picks up a 73 to 57 win over St Peter, Redwood Valley defeats St James 86 to 65, LCWM was a 58 to 42 winner over Fairmont, Watertown/Mayer defeats Lester Prairie 76 to 67. Cedar Mountain was a 80 to 54 winner over Nicollet, Waterville/Elysian/Morristown defeats MVL 77 to 66, Sibley East wins the county matchup with GFW 73 to 38 and Madelia defeats Loyola 76 to 53.

Girl’s Basketball:

Marshall holds off New Ulm 83 to 79, St Peter picks up a 62 to 37 win over Waseca, Redwood Valley sneaks past St James 80 to 77, Fairmont was a 64 to 39 winner over LCWM, Springfield defeats Cathedral 64 to 52, St Mary’s wins the crosstown Match up with Sleepy Eye 64 to 33, GFW defeats Wabasso 55 to 42, Lester Prairie was a 73 to 59 winner over BLHS, Cedar Mountain defeats Nicollet 56 to 52, St Clair was a 68 to 59 winner over GHEC/Martin Luther/Truman, Martin County West was a 46 to 42 winner over Alden/Conger/Glenville/Emmons and BOLD was a 80 to 54 winner over Melrose.

One wrestling event, New Ulm picks up three wins at the St Clair/Loyola Quad.

Boy’s Hockey:

Minnesota River came to New Ulm and defeated the Eagles 4 to 2, Sauk Centre defeats Redwood Valley 6 to 2 and Luverne was a 4 to 2 winner over Marshall.

Girl’s Hockey:

Minnesota River defeats Fairmont 7 to 1 and Marshall stays unbeaten with a 5 to 1 win over Luverne.

College Women’s Basketball:

Martin Luther traveled to Lacrosse for an exhibition with Viterbo and was defeated 80 to 59.
