Carol Ann (Brazier) Haas

Carol Ann (Brazier) Haas, age 83 of Le Sueur, passed away on July 8, 2024 at her home. Memorial Service will be held Saturday, August 10, 2024 at Zion United Church of Christ in Le Sueur at 11:00 A.M. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30-11 A.M. Rev. Bob Broeder will officiate. Following the service, a luncheon will be held in the church social hall.

Carol was born on October 14, 1940 in Minneapolis, MN to Charles and Agnes (Johnson) Brazier. She lived in Atkin, MN until the family moved to Le Center, MN in 1950. She married LeRoy Haas in Le Center on October 5, 1960. She worked for Brinktun’s in LeCenter. Then for product research at Green Giant, was a cook at the Coachlight Supper Club in Le Sueur, and co- owner of the Haas Seed Farm.

She enjoyed reading, puzzles, coffee group and exercise with her friends, fishing, and spending summers at the lake. Carol enjoyed volunteering with her church.

Carol is survived by her husband, LeRoy of Le Sueur; children, Sheri (Gary) Meger of Le Sueur, and Susan (David) Pudwill of North Mankato, MN; grandchildren, Alissa (Jake) McCann, Jesse Schultz, Jenna (Devin) Danielson, Jeremy Schultz and Joseph (Cassandra) Knap, Jared and Ashley Pudwill; Great grandchildren, Lorna McCann, Daniel Schultz, Bella Thompson, Jason Knapp, Ford Knapp, Cole Knapp, Hutch Danielson; sister, Pat Poncin, and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and siblings, Rosie Sickler and Roger Smith.
