Carrie Underwood Shares Leg Work Out

Carrie Underwood often gets asked about her workouts- specifically her show-stopping legs.    She said one of the keys to keeping in great shape is “Bulgarian split squats”.

Those are part of her lower body workouts that she does part of the fit52 fitness routine.  She posted the video on her fitness app’s Instagram.  She launched the app Fit52 with her trainer a few years ago.

Carrie was introduced to the workout program back in 2010.  Her longtime trainer Eve Overland explained “each suit represents a body part,” – hearts for lower body, diamonds for upper body, clubs for core and spades for cardio. With an exercise assigned to each suit, you have a ready-made and relatively enjoyable way to get your squat on.

“Finding something fun and having it fresh and random and new, but still being consistent is where fit52 fits it in,” explained Overland.
