New Prague Police Chief Tim Aplen speaks about an upcoming open house and Pumpkin Carving contest this Saturday at the New Prague Police Department.  He explains it’s part of the ongoing effort to connect himself and his officers to the community to be able to serve better and keep New Prague safer.
