Major Bank Closing in Minnesota and Wisconsin

One Dead in Crash in Cottonwood County

A two-vehicle crash in southwest Minnesota has claimed a man’s life. The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened Monday at the intersection of Highways 30 and 71 in Cottonwood county. MN Expunges 58,000 Cannabis Records

Minnesota has expunged almost 58,000 misdemeanor marijuana convictions from the state Criminal History System (CHS), according to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
