Highway 114 between Lowry and Starbuck to close July 8 for Road Construction

Starting Monday, July 8, weather permitting, Highway 114 will close between Highway 55 in Lowry and Highway 28 in Starbuck for road construction, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Man Dies after Crashing into Tree in Otter Tail County
