MVEC Quarterly Report 8-20-24

Minnesota Valley Electric Cooperative Guests came in for their quarterly update.  Topics  included a lineman’s trip to Guatemala to help provide power for a village.  Information about jobs available at the cooperative and the recruitment methods they use.      

Mayor Monday with Janet Williams, Mayor of Savage 8-19-24

The final Mayor Monday Conversation with longtime Savage Mayor Janet Williams who served in that position for 16 years and will not be running again.  She updated on current activity in the town including expansion of their library.  She recapped the highlights of her 16 years, updates City Council Information and gave Savage community history.
