New Ulm’s Flower Watering Volunteers were recognized recently by the city. Mayor Kathleen Backer thanked them for all they do. Backer was on KNUJ Thursday morning and also discussed the “one size fits all” state zoning proposal and mentioned most of the city commissions are now filled.
