It’s Homecoming Week at New Ulm

New Ulm Eagles face the Worthington Trojans in high school football tonight.  The Homecoming Parade is at 5pm with tailgating event starting at 5:30pm.  New Ulm Cheerleaders got us fired up at the KNUJ Studio this morning.

SPRINGFIELD TIGER TREK RAISES OVER $40,000

WATERFOWL SEASON OPENS SATURDAY

For duck hunters, the marsh is calling.  Minnesota’s regular waterfowl hunting season opens a half-hour before sunrise Saturday.  The Minnesota DNR reports the waterfowl counts were generally higher than last year.  Total breeding duck abundance was estimated at 417,000 which is eight-percent higher than last year, but 32-percent below the long-term average going back to […]
