FORMER SLEEPY EYE MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO SECOND-DEGREE MANSLAUGHTER

A former Sleepy Eye man pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter in Nicollet County District Court stemming from the death of a Sleepy Eye woman last October near Fort Ridgely State Park.  35-year-old Casey Narvaez agreed to a 79-month sentence.  Felony second-degree intentional murder and aiding suicide charges were dismissed.  He also faces a felony assault […]
