HUTCHINSON WOMAN NAMED 71ST PRINCESS KAY OF THE MILKY WAY

A 19-year-old college student from Hutchinson is the new Princess Kay of the Milky Way. Rachel Visser was crowned Wednesday evening at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. A Lucan man was hurt in a motorcycle crash on Highway 60 at Highway 15 in Watonwan County near Madelia. OWATONNA TEEN DIES IN CRASH

An Owatonna teen was killed on a one-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon. Police say 19-year-old Usuf Ali hit a tree and that speeding was a factor. No other injuries have been reported and authorities are continuing to investigate.
