TRF Area Man “Pinned Between Equipment” Wednesday

Authorities responded to a medical call last week west of Thief River Falls. Sheriff’s Deputies reported that a “pickup rolled (and) pinned” John Dyrdal (58) between equipment Wednesday afternoon. Authorities responded to the 13 thousand block of 180th Street Northwest just before 2:30pm. No word on the extent of injuries.

Injury Reported In Single Vehicle Motorcycle Accident

A Thief River Falls woman suffered minor injuries in a single vehicle motorcycle accident.  Police say McKenna Lewis was injured when she spun out on the gravel and fell off the motorcycle at 1st Street East and Highway 59.  Police responded just after noon on Friday.                  

TRF Man Cited For Allegedly Stealing Hotel Towels

A Thief River Falls man was cited for theft after some towels were reported missing.  Police say Randy Hicks (68) was cited for theft.  Officers were called to America’s Best Value Inn & Suites just after 4pm Monday.                  

Child Suffers No Apparent Injury In UTV Roll-Over

No injuries reported after a 12 year old crashed a UTV Monday west of Thief River Falls.  Police say a 12 year old female rolled a Polaris Ranger near Center Avenue North and 180th Street.  Sheriff’s Deputies responded just after 8pm.
