Charge Filed in Juvenile Court Following Fatal Accident

Authorities have released the name of the man killed in a two vehicle accident June 15th in Grand Forks County. 

Officials say charges have been filed in juvenile court against the 17 year old female driver. 

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Nicholas Minske, (35) of East Grand Forks suffered fatal injuries when the 2021 Honda motorcycle he was driving crashed on 32nd Avenue, 4 miles west of Grand Forks. According to the report, a 2009 Pontiac Vibe “slowed at the stop sign and continued through the intersection.” Officials say “the motorcycle struck the Pontiac on the passenger side”. 

The crash remains under investigation by the NDHP.
