Chippewa County Memorial Health Accepting CIP Applications
CCM Health has announced applications for its Community Investment Program are now being accepted.
Local organizations, groups, and businesses can apply for large grants through this program until March 1, 2025.
Now in its fifth year, officials say the program has already made a positive difference for many organizations and people living in Southwest Minnesota.
The goal of this program is to support community projects that align with CCM Health’s key focus areas: health, wellness, education, arts, culture, and safety.
For 2025, CCM Health has committed $35,000 to fund these grants, which will be awarded to qualifying applicants who submit strong project proposals.
“We’re thrilled to continue backing ideas and projects that make a real impact,” said Brian Lovdahl, CEO of CCM Health. “Our communities are filled with organizations and individuals doing amazing work, and we’re proud to play a role in helping them grow and succeed.”
The program is guided by a community investment advisory team.
Larger grant applications (more than $200) will be accepted between January 1 and March 1, 2025.
Requests for smaller donations, under $200, are welcome year-round. Applicants can submit their requests using the online form available on the CCM Health website at https://ccmhealthmn.com/community-investment-program.
