College FB Saturday Results

College Football finals today:

Gustavus scored on the second play of the game and never looked back to defeat St Scholastica 51 to 13. Freshman QB Jacob Ginskey threw for 271 yards and 3 touchdowns, River Wood rushed for 187 yards scored 2 rushing and one touchdown reception to pace the Gustie offense. Senior Jake Breitbach caught seven passes for 122 yards and broke the school record for career yards, now over 3,300 yards. Gusties head to St Paul next Saturday to play Macalester. Augsburg defeats Hamline 37 to 27, Bethel pummels Macalester 59 to 0, St john’s survives a scare from Concordia, coming away with a 38 to 31 win and St Olaf defeats Carelton 19 to 13.

College Volleyball today:

Martin Luther gets beat by UW/Superior 3 to 1 and Bethany Lutheran was a 3 to 0 winner over Northland. The Gustie volleyball team will host Hamline tonight at 7pm.

High School Volleyball:

New Ulm travels to Bloomington to participate in the Jefferson Tournament.
