COMMISSION ON JUDICIAL SELECTION RECOMMENDS FIFTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT CANDIDATES TO GOVERNOR WALZ

The Commission on Judicial Selection has announced that it is recommending five candidates for consideration to fill the vacancies in Minnesota’s Fifth Judicial District.  One seat will be chambered in Luverne, one in Pipestone and one in St. Peter.  Among the candidates nominated is Paul Gunderson, an assistant County Attorney in the Brown County Attorney’s Office.  Also assistant County Attorney in Murray County Kayla Johnson, Scott County Stefanie Menning, Blue Earth County Susan DeVos and Managing Attorney in the Fifth Judicial District Public Defender’s Office Amanda Delaney.  You can find out more about the judicial selection process on the Governor’s Judicial Appointments webpage.
