Congressional Art Competition Deadline
The deadline for the Congressional Art Competition is today (Friday, 5pm).
Seventh District U.S. Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach is encouraging high school students from her district to participate in the annual competition.
Fischbach says the longstanding, non-partisan tradition is a wonderful opportunity for students from across the district to showcase their creativity and hard work (Photo is the 2023 first place winner).
Winners in the 7th District will have their work on display in Moorhead, Willmar, and Washington, D.C. offices, and the first place winner will have their work hung in the U.S. Capitol, where it will be seen by members of Congress, staff, and thousands of visitors from across the world.
More information is available on Fischbach’s website (click here).
