Detour Extended for Northbound Lane in Hwy 15 Roundabout at Airport Road in Hutchinson

Minnesota Department of Transportation says the northbound lane closure in the roundabout at Airport Road and Highway 15 in Hutchinson, initially scheduled to end today (Oct. 2), has been extended through Thursday (Oct. 3).

Officials say it’s to accommodate ongoing concrete repairs and necessary curing time.

Northbound traffic from County Road 18 to Airport Road will be detoured to County Road 18, County Road 7, and Airport Road. Northbound travelers should allow extra travel time.

Southbound traffic at the roundabout is not affected; however, drivers are asked to be alert for crews and equipment, and to reduce their speed near the work zone to ensure everyone’s safety.
