Detour on Hwy 15 South of Winthrop

Motorists traveling on northbound Highway 15 south of Winthrop can expect a detour starting today (Wednesday, Sept. 4) and lasting for about three days.

According to MnDOT, crews will be making repairs to the pavement from the junction of Highway 19 to 551st Avenue.

Northbound traffic will be detoured to 551st Avenue, Sibley Street South, Redwood Street North, and Highway 19 until the work is complete.

Southbound Highway 15 near Winthrop will remain open to traffic.
