Development Agreement Approved for Hutchinson Town Homes

The city of Hutchinson continues to work on expanding housing opportunities within the city limits.

The Hutchinson City Council Tuesday night approved a resolution for the development of a row of town homes on Franklin Avenue.

The development agreement is with Cadott Holdings, LLC for a row of four units that will be built on property in the 100 Block of Franklin Avenue NW.

According to the agreement, construction would begin no later that July 1, 2025 and be completed no later than December 31, 2025, barring any unavoidable delays.

The estimated market value of the development once completed would be $978,000.
