Dollywood Back Open After Flash Flooding

Dollywood is back open after flash flooding left guests wading through waist-high water and mud.  One person was minorly injured according to reports.   The East Tennessee theme park area was hit Sunday with a substantial amount of rain in a very short amount of time.
