Driver Charged with Vehicular Homicide in Meeker County Crash

LITCHFIELD — The driver in a fatal crash last week in Meeker County has now been charged with criminal vehicular homicide.

The West Central Tribune reports 39-year-old Danielle Rayanne Truelove of Litchfield was previously identified as the driver of a car that went off the road just before 10pm on May 13 while traveling northbound on Highway 22 in Greenleaf Township.

Her passenger, 40-year-old Laura Ashley Keller of Hutchinson died in the crash. She was not wearing a seat belt.

Truelove made her first appearance Friday in Meeker County District Court on two felony counts of criminal vehicular homicide.
