Driver Injured in Meeker County Crash

A driver was injured in a crash in Meeker County this morning (Tuesday) west of Kingston.

The State Patrol says 81-year-old Mary Mendoza of Litchfield was taken to Meeker Memorial Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The Patrol says she was driving northbound on Highway 24 near County Road 27 when the vehicle left the roadway and crashed.

The crash happened just after 8:30am.
