Driver Injured in Stearns Co Semi Crash

A semi driver was injured when his truck rolled in the ditch on a road in Stearns County Friday afternoon, west of Elrosa.

The Sheriff’s Office says 40-year-old Benjamin Imdieke of Melrose was taken to St. Cloud Hospital for treatment of serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities say Imdieke was driving northbound on 433rd Avenue when the truck entered the ditch and rolled.

The crash happened just after 3:30pm.
