Driver Injured in Stearns County Crash

A driver suffered minor injuries in a rollover crash in Stearns County Saturday night south of Richmond.

The Sheriff’s Office says 61-year-old Sara Kastendick of Buffalo was taken to Paynesville Hospital for treatment.

Authorities say it appeared that Kastendick had left the roadway and the vehicle hit an approach near the intersection of Edgeton Road and Elmway Road causing the vehicle to vault over the approach before coming to rest on the other side of the approach.

The crash happened just before 8pm and authorities believe alcohol was a factor.
