Driver Injured When Cement Truck Tips Over

A Monticello man was injured when the cement truck he was driving tipped over in Sherburne County Tuesday afternoon in Elk River.

The State Patrol says 46-year-old Patrick Guzman was taken to Mercy Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The Patrol says Guzman was traveling westbound on Highway 10, making a left turn to go southbound on Highway 101, when the truck tipped over just before 1:30pm.
