Dry Thursday Gives Way to Warmer, Unsettled Weekend
Northern Minnesota
Thursday should bring plenty of sunshine, with highs generally in the lower to middle 70s. Overnight temperatures will fall into the upper 40s and lower 50s.
Clouds will increase Friday as temperatures remain in the 70s. A few showers could develop late in the day or Friday night.
Saturday will be warmer, with highs reaching the upper 70s and lower 80s. Scattered showers or thunderstorms will remain possible.
Central Minnesota
Thursday will be mostly sunny and comfortable. Afternoon temperatures should reach the upper 70s and lower 80s, followed by overnight lows in the 50s.
Friday will feature a mixture of sunshine and clouds, with highs near 80 degrees.
More clouds, humidity and wind are expected Saturday. Highs will range from around 80 into the middle 80s, with scattered showers or thunderstorms possible.
Southern Minnesota
Southern Minnesota can expect sunshine Thursday with afternoon highs around 80 degrees. Thursday night will be mostly clear and cooler, with lows in the 50s.
Clouds will increase Friday, but much of the day should remain dry. High temperatures will again reach the lower 80s.
Saturday will become breezier and more humid. Highs will remain in the lower to middle 80s, with a growing chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms.
