DWI Arrest Wednesday Afternoon

One person was arrested for DWI following a complaint this week in Thief River Falls. 

Police were called to Digi-Key around 1pm Wednesday. 

Police say Miguel Angel Ramirezalvarez (54) was arrested Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test in the Third Degree, and Driving While Impaired in the Fourth Degree following a report there was “a white Honda all over the road”. 

Ramirezalvarez was taken to the Pennington County justice Center.
