Elderly Driver Injured In Roll-Over Crash West of Lake Park

One person was injured in a single vehicle roll-over accident on Wednesday in Becker County. 

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Walter Tumberg (91) of New York Mills was injured when the west bound 2002 Chevrolet Silverado west bound he was driving left Highway 10 and rolled west of Lake Park. 

Tumberg was taken to Essentia Health- Detroit Lakes and treated for injuries troopers at the scene described as non-life threatening. It is unknown if he was wearing a seat-belt during the accident reported just before noon. 

The State Patrol says alcohol was not involved.
