Employee Assaulted at Carver Fleet Farm

CARVER, Minn. (FOX 9) – A female employee at the Fleet Farm store in Carver was assaulted with a weapon Sunday afternoon.

According to the Carver County Sheriff’s Office, just after 2pm, a female employee at the Carver Fleet Farm was assaulted with a weapon by a man.

Authorities say the employee was taken to the hospital but did not have serious injuries. The suspect left the store, but was later taken into custody.

It is not currently known what led up to the assault and it’s not known if the employee and suspect knew each other, nor were additional details released.
